KADELA COFFEE is the family-owned business that process and supply Arabica coffee beans grown in Ethiopia for exportation to World coffee importers and sells to diverse international market. These days the company is operating in Sidama Regional state in different stations of processing having 5 wet processing and 1 dry processing industry supplying the export company with quality fine coffee.
We will expand production capacity from 38,400/60kg bags per year to 120,000-160,000/60kg per year. Our coffee stands out from that of the competition. We prepare the top five percent, in terms of quality standards, of all good quality sidama coffee beans on the market. Our customers seek this product as it provides them with a point of differentiation to specialty roasters. In the past two years we supplied for the international market, demand for our coffee has exceeded the amount we are able to supply and we have been forced to work toward the new requests for larger shipments. We have started exporting coffee very recently however, our market share accounted for the big return in our first endeavor. We predict growth of thirty percent in the first year with sales exceeding expectations. In year three the plant will run at maximum capacity and based on the current price of coffee we expect excellent profits. We have positive indicators from current importers that amount of beans will be sold. And we are working on market assessment and commodity quality development in the areas of our processing sites
